Happy New Year!
The second recipe from Tony & Jen is a shake (maybe bookmark this page if you’ve just set a new year resolution!)
2 cups of carrot
2 cups almond milk
1 frozen banana
2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tbs almond butter
•Peel & chop carrot into 1/2 cm thick rings
•Add all ingredients to blender and blitz blitz blitz like mad until smooth
•We love a thick shake so we keep it like this but feel free to add more almond milk
We use our homemade almond milk but if you havent the time, try & find an unsweetened one
You could also swap out almond butter for cashew or hazelnut if you want to spice it up!
