I love this workout from my talented friend Hollie.

It is especially suitable for Mums but also Dads or ANYONE as Hollie has made it so adaptable.

 

 

GARDEN WOKROUT

45 seconds work

20 seconds rest

3 TIMES THROUGH

 

Step

1 leg step ups

Upper plank knee tucks

 

Pram (or without equipment)

Jumping squat

Single leg bulgarian split squat (using bench or step)

 

Ball (or with pillows)

Narrow arm/tricep press ups

Side to side oblique crunch
