Home HIIT workout.

I found this workout via Popsugar  and really enjoyed it.

Some of my followers on alywellbeing gave it a whirl too.

It did NOT take seven minutes, more like fifteen for me. But if you need motivation to get started at least screen shot this and tell your brain it will only take seven minutes so you get yourself started 🙂

The only equipment you need is a chair and my calves seemed to be the most effected by the exercises on here. By that I mean they felt the burn.

throw on some beats LOUD and enjoy!
